By accessing or using Astorapass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Astorapass provides AI-generated property intelligence reports based on information submitted by users and publicly available data. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account.

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

Astorapass is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on report outputs. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
